Offerings From Our Kitchen:

Our outdoor kitchen serves six nourishing meals over the course of the festival.  With an emphasis on healthy food sourced responsibly, we dish up breakfast, lunch, and dinner to please all members of the family. 

Given the constraints of serving from an outdoor kitchen far from an urban setting, we offer only the items listed on the menu.  The menu accommodates vegetarians and herbivores. Much of the menu is organic and locally sourced, though it is not 100% organic. The menu is not vegan or gluten-free.  Families are also welcome to bring food and cook on camp stoves near their tent.

2017 Menu

Friday Dinner:
Vegetarian Festival Chili topped with cheddar cheese, onions, and sour cream
Fresh Cornbread and Honey Butter
Mixed Green Salad

Saturday Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs and Bagel Bar featuring cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, onions, and tomatoes

Saturday Lunch:
Chicken and Vegetarian Burritos with rice, beans, cheese, cabbage, sour cream, and pico de gallo
Chips and Homemade Salsa

Saturday Dinner:
Pasta with Marinara Sauce, Caesar Salad, and French Bread

Sunday Breakfast:
Pancakes or Granola and Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

Sunday Lunch:
Hamburgers or Vegan Burgers served with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Greek Pasta Salad with Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese, Green Beans, and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Drinks:

Coffee, tea, lemonade and milk.  $1 (Included in meal package)

Snacks and Treats:
S'more kits and popcorn. $1 (Included in meal package)

Snow cones made with homemade syrups: $1
